Who I am

I am a mental health therapist helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I have been in the mental health field in various capacities since 2015.
My focus areas include ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and various life transitions.
I utilize evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support my clients. I am a certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) and am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).
I also incorporate play therapy to create a safe and engaging space for younger clients. My approach is compassionate, client centered, & tailored to each individual's unique needs.
