Who I am

Welcome I am glad you are here!

I am a mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I’ve worked in the mental health field in various capacities since 2015, supporting clients through a wide range of experiences.

My focus areas include ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and the many transitions life can bring.

I utilize evidence‑based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I am a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist (C‑DBT). I am also an EMDR therapist in training, integrating trauma‑informed approaches to support deeper healing.

For younger clients, I incorporate play therapy to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment. My approach is compassionate, client‑centered, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Everyone’s journey is different, and I’m here to offer the guidance and support needed to foster resilience and growth. Together, we can navigate your path toward greater well‑being.
